We are a family owned and operated motel. We aim to provide quality and service at the most affordable price.

What part of New Brunswick are you in?

We are located 5 km north of Shediac's Main Street at Shediac Bridge on Route 134. Off Highway 15, take the Shediac Bridge exit (exit #7) and you will find us at the bridge. All motel units and chalets face the water and we boast of 2000 feet of waterfront footage including our own private beach; we also invite you to visit Parlee Beach located 10 minutes away from Seagull Chalets and Motel.

When is check in / out time?

Check in time is after 3 PM. Check out is at 11 AM. If you have any special request, please check with our office

What amenities do you have?

All rooms include minimum a mini-refrigerator, cable television and a double bed. We also have available free of charge horse-shoes to play. All rooms have large sized windows which face the water. The ocean breeze blows right into the room and will keep you cool even in these hot days. We also have 3 firepits available for use free of charge. One of the firepits is on the beach and 2 of them overlook the beach and the water. For a nominal charge we have a gas bbq available for use and firewood available for purchase.
